How To Receive The Perfect-Fit Opportunity ?
1. Carefully choose your core-services
Services are the first thing we see when we select you. For each one, add various skills and a budget range. For example, if you create websites, you can set 3k as the minimum budget and put Wordpress as one of your skills.
FAQ: It doesn't matter if the budgets are project-based or monthly. Just set the minimum and maximum budget you've ever worked before.
2. Set your prospection area
In your preferences, you have 2 different locations : your offices under Information & the areas you receive opportunities from under Matching.
For example, if you're based in Paris but work in Canada, you can set your parisian headquarter in the Information page & add Montréal in the Matching page.
FAQ: If you work remotely, don't forget to tick the specific box! You'll be selected if the client is also willing to work remotely.
3. Upload your previous works
Every key words you will use are taken into account for your selection. Plus, previous works are visibile in your public profile. They are amazing opportunities to explain how you work and with what results.
FAQ: If you're not sure how to illustrate your works, feel free to add the logo of your references.
How To Get More Leads ?
1. Make sure to have an attractiveness score of 100%
To increase that score all you need to do is to follow the red steps under your percentage. And it won't just bring you more leads :
- You also improve their relevance
- You increase your online visibility
- And get a higher closing rate when you accept a project

2. Get Reviews From Previous Clients
Reviews are part of the Attractiveness Score. But did you know that a profile with 3+ reviews get hired 75% more than others?
FAQ: Your reviews can come from clients outside of Sortlist
3. Update Your Profile
We consider an active agency as more recommendable than passive agencies that never log in or never refresh the works. An old project from 2010 is not as legit as the current ones.
FAQ: Being active means regularly log in and add new works.
